This is a recorded speech by Mohandas Gandhi, the Father of India, the man known for his philosophy of ahimsa (non-violence). Recorded in 1931 at London's Kingsley Hall by BBC Four, the speech is about the mysterious power that rules everything in the universe. According to Mahatma Gandhi, there is a transcendental "indefinable mysterious power that pervades everything", from the smallest particle of matter to the biggest form of life.

He admits that he cannot persuade the audience to believe in this truth by applying reason. This unalterable law can only be felt in the heart, he says, and this moral law is God. God is the "Supreme Good", truth and love. He gives the example of poor villagers in the princely state of Mysore, who, being ignorant of a King ruling them, say that an indefinable law governs them. This, and the experiences of saints throughout ages, prove that God exists, says Gandhi. Finally, he asks the listener to always have faith in this.
LISTEN TO HIM SPEAK

This is a wonderful speech by one of history's most important personalities. One can get a deeper understanding into Gandhi’s philosophy of life and love through this speech. I recommend this audio title to everyone.

1]

I compliment you for providing free online repository that is tempting for the voracious mind. I would like to support your endeavor.

2] Why

I wish more people know that even today, Nov. 4 007, it is possible to 'actually' hear Mahatma Gandhi's words in his own voice. Let a person who would want to listen not be deprived because s/he does not know it is available on the net.

3] What I can offer

These are rare and precious gems for us. I humbly seek your permission to use verbatim the review by girija83india with due acknowledgment and provide a link from http://amrutvani.blogspot.com to this page and BBC four page that hosts the audio.

4] Review

a] Content

Among content and impression (delivery of content) that has reached me, I choose not to comment about content for it is like showing the sun with the light of a torch.

b] Communion

The humility and simplicity walks straight in heart.

The command over language, logic, example of Mysore, lucidity, and appropriate reference to Jagdishchandra Bose's 'scientific experimental proof' bores its way through the thick skull.

Distinguishing 'practical living' with God (realization) in one's life from the 'intellectual' expounding about God is powerfully conveyed in simplicity that conveys honesty and clarity of Mohandas K. Gandhi.

c] To conclude

Being able to convey the completely spiritual perspective in just 6 minutes 5 seconds is awesome.

Soul has its way.
It is better to tune the soul with the Source of the soul.
Events are pointers that tell what the Source has kept ready for us.
The Source takes care.

It works this way. Before one is delivered from the womb, all preparations for food, protection, care are ready in the womb and when out of it. Somewhere acquired knowledge contaminates our thoughts and we stop seeing the working of the Director.

Our desires interfere with what is in store for us. The best possible is offered to us.

What we get in hand is our earning for what we did in the forgotten past.
The sufferings are the interest we pay for our unchaste borrowings (loans) incurred in past that is forgotten.

Elizabeth Kubler Ross, was determined to take up Pediatrics for her higher studies.
She got pregnant and had to leave midway.
Twice her attempts failed.
Then she took up psychiatry.
Her contribution in the field of psychiatry was well received.
The insights she got through her own career are narrated by her. She possibly used clues, which events (happenings) around provided in the management of her patients.

Dr. Scott in his book has illustrated the working of Grace in his book "The Road Less Traveled".

Let us hand over our burden to the Care Giver. The one who knows best and is a perennial Source of goodness, ceaselessly working, though hidden from our sight (seen clearly by the Masters), for our good.

A doctor has to use patience.

Subject: present conditions in India?

Interview with  - Swami Chinmayananda

What is your opinion about the present conditions in India?
  • Swamiji : India as a nation today has nothing to be proud of. They have detached themselves from the past. Present can't exist without past. The present is the product of the past. Therefore, a nation can be built only when that national spirit comes. It is not just geographical. Had we tried to make our Indian educated people conscious of their past during the last 45 years of independence? Have we brought about, in education or any other training, any idea of the greatness that was ours? We have never done it. We could not call ourselves Hindus or Bharatiyas. How can integration of a country come? The past is forgotten. The glorious past is forgotten. Filthy past is remembered. Indira Gandhi, her son.... these people are remembered. Why? They looted the country. Youngsters are inspired by it. Today, nobody wants to make any sacrifice in my country. Everybody is scrambling to gather more and more.
What is your message?
  • Swamiji : If you forget that you are the son of a great, honest master, you are alienated from the past. Suppose you have got an identification, suppose you respect your past, your behaviour, your relationship with others, your activity and achievements, the very system of thought.... all these will be influenced by that reverence to the past. Today, there is enthusiasm for Rama Temple. That is not enough. What do we know about Rama? Are we ready to live Rama's life? What happened during the Independence movement? "We will have Rama Rajya," leaders said. People believed, came together and fought. One day, at midnight, they gave it in a silver platter and Nehru shamelessly accepted. From that day onwards, was there any integration? Everybody sat back and said, "Now, we have made sacrifices. Therefore it is time to loot the country." So, we have to start thinking not only about the immediate problems, but longer ones also. To think 20 years ahead is called statesmanship, 10 years ahead is diplomacy, 5 years thinking is local politics. We want intelligent people in education, industry - everywhere – who have experience as well as the spirit of sacrifice.

Kanchipuram and Mahabalipuram are temples depicting incredible artistic and architechtural finesse, reflecting the scientific precision that existed in Ancient India.

You have seen below images of Golden temple in the making in the 21st Century. Why does India, economically poor country spend billions of dollars over temples?

Temple represents place for spiritual development. Hospitals, schools serve humanitarian cause.

Scientists of past, the rishis, and the Masters of Vedanta today, clearly separate charity, humanity from spirituality. Charity or Humanitarian work or Social Service is not the same as Spirituality. They have nothing in common.
To those of charitable temperament this may come as a shock.

In the human birth, something unique is possible, and that alone is the goal of human life. Rest of the things come and go as a play on the clear white screen, (which is barely noticed) on which a movie is projected.

Gold-Coated Temple Near Vellore-spectacular destiny in future
One of the biggest Hindu shrines in southern India, the Sri Puram Golden Temple a grand golden temple built by a spiritual organization in Tamil Nadu at an approximate cost of Rs 600 crore, the consecration (kumbhabhishekam) was performed on August 24, 2007, presence of over 30,000 devotees.

The Mahalakshmi temple, located on a sprawling 100 acres of land at Sripuram, near Vellore, about 125 km from Chennai, has been constructed by Vellore-based Sri Narayani Peetam, headed by spiritual leader Sri Sakthi Amma.

"The Taj Mahal was built as an expression of love for a single person but the
Sri Puram Golden Temple stands for unconditional love for the entire humanity,"
says Amma, 31, who also goes by the name of Shakti Siddha.

"We know it is also the sign of the universal goddess - Lakshmi," says William,
who gives only one name and says he is of Canadian origin.
The steps that lead to the innermost section are laid with polished black and
grey granite from the neighbouring South Arcot and Dharmapuri districts. A cubic
metre of black granite is priced at 0. So is the grey stone called "Paradiso"
because of its wavy patterns of violet with the colour of iron. And this too has
been used in large quantities.
"If we had built a hospital, factory, educational institution or a business, it
would have ended up serving a small community. But now, Amma's temple will sow
the seeds of goodness in the hearts of everyone who visits here," Amma, clad in
ochre robes, says in Tamil.

The temple, covering 55,000 sq ft area, has intricate carvings and sculptures in gold. Except the walking path, the entire structure has been made of gold and copper. This would be more grandeur than the Golden Temple in Amritsar, mutt sources said.

About 400 goldsmiths and coppersmiths, including craftsmen from Tirumala-Tirupati Devasthanams, have completed the architectural marvel in gold in six years.

More than one and half tone of pure gold was glitter and gleam under the sun, Devotees hail the temple as 'one of the wonders of the world' and say that it is the only temple covered fully with gold.

According to official sources, the gold bars were purchased through RBI in "a transparent manner."
First the coppersmiths set to work creating a copper base on the temple structure with engravings and etchings before the gold, beaten into nine layers of foils, was draped around it. The sanctum sanctorum will hold the deity of Mahalakshmi made of stone granite, but covered with gold kavacham (adornments).

"The Sripuram or Spiritual Park is Amma's dedication to the world and mankind," said P Murali, a trustee of the Peetam.
The temple has been designed in such a way that visitors can reach the golden temple only after going through a star-shaped pathway, which has the quotes from Gita, Bible and Quran displayed on either side.

Surrounded by mountains and lush and scenic beauty, the temple, entirely conceived and designed by 'Amma', would be open to people of all religions. "The temple is Amma's gift to mankind," the sources said.

Shining glory: Golden Temple of the south

"When one enters the Sripuram, their focus is just on the magnificent temple. But when they leave, they cannot do so without taking some messages and gaining some wisdom," according to a booklet detailing the 'services' rendered by the Peetam. "In this quagmire of materialism, Sripuram rises as an inspiration to man to find the divinity within him," adds a brochure.

Murali said arrangements were being made to hire personnel to throw a security cover around the temple. "But the gold sheets have been laid out in such a manner that it would cost more to rip it off than purchase the gold," said a top Vellore district official.
LET THERE BE DIVINITY

IN EVERY HEART!

THEN IT BECOMES PURE GOLD!!

What is my life's purpose? Why was I born and what did I come here to do

Subject: What is my life's purpose? Why was I born and what did I come here to do
To: Undisclosed-Recipient

At some point most of us have wondered, "What is my life's purpose? Why was I born and what did I come here to do?" These timeless questions come from the depths of our true Self, which gently takes us beyond the world of appearances to discover our inner divinity. Each of us manifests in physical form to fulfill a unique purpose – our dharma – and it's up to us to find out what that purpose is. Only then can we experience complete fulfillment and bliss.

When you live in the harmonious flow of dharma, the entire field of pure potentiality opens to you. You're able to create as much happiness and wealth as you want because you're aligned with the domain of spirit, the unlimited source of all manifestation.

The Law of Dharma lays out the three steps needed to align with spirit and fulfill your life's purpose with effortless ease.

  1. The first step is the decision to seek your higher Self. You come into this world to discover for yourself that your essential nature is spiritual. Inside each of us is a god or goddess in embryo, waiting to be born and express our divinity.
  2. The second step of the Law of Dharma is finding your unique talent or gift. The law says that there's at least one thing you can do better than anyone else on the entire planet. When you're completely absorbed in expressing your talent, time seems to stand still. You love what you're doing and you enter the blissful state of timeless awareness.
  3. To take the third step of the Law of Dharma, ask yourself the questions, "How can I use my unique talent to serve humanity? How can I help others?" Answer that question and then put it into practice. When your creative expression helps your fellow human beings, you're making full use of the Law of Dharma and experience perfect alignment with the infinite field of intelligence.

When you put the Law of Dharma into action, you no longer struggle or worry and instead begin to experience your life as an ecstatic expression of divinity. An ancient Vedic sage described the natural unfolding of spirit in these beautiful words: "I am the immeasurable potential of all that was, is, and will be, and my desires are like seeds left in the ground: they wait for the right season and then spontaneously manifest into beautiful flowers and might trees, into enchanted gardens and majestic forests."

Love,
Deepak

Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi, author of 'My Experiments with Truth', was a staunch advocate of nonviolent means of fighting. Paradoxical though it may sound, this master leader the country to Freedom from the British rule. Thus, India is the only country that achieved independence by nonviolence.

In fact Indian history reveals that though mighty and prosperous it never attacked other lands and enslaved them and robbed them of their bounty.

Today, India is left with smithereens after the British scraped, stripped and stole all its wealth. How can one call the British 'Empire' unless 'Empire' is a synonym of 'plunderer'.

The brave and venerable Martin Luther King, inspired by this Great Soul, adopted the technique perfected by M. K. Gandhi.

Nobel prize for peace was never given to him because, I guess, his stature was just awesome, too high.

All the currency in India today bears the insignia of M. K. Gandhi, whom people of India endearingly call 'Mahatma', meaning the 'Great Soul'.

ramayana

raamaayaaNa is one of the largest epics in the world, comparable to the Illiad and Odyssey. it originates form bhaarata (india) - the land of king bharata. raamaayaNa is one of the two itihaasa (historical account) scriptures of sanaatana dharma (Hindu-dharma), the other being the mahaabhaarata. It describes events that took place in ancient bhaarata around 7000 BC E. (before common era - also known as B.C.) It contains the story of Lord raama the 7th avataara (incarnation) of Lord vishNu in the tretaa yuga (the silver age among the four ages in a mahaayuga which corresponds to a complete cycle of the earth's percession). The puraaNas, raamaayaNa and the bhagavada geeta are considered (both-independently and together) by many as a fifth veda. Among the four most popular sets of Hindu scriptures - the vedas, puraaNas, itihaasas and tantras, the itihaasas (raamaayaNa & mahaabhaarata) are the most popular among Hindus all around the world today. Among the numerous translations of raamaayaNa are shrii raama charita maanasa in avadhii language by tulasidaasa and kamba raamaayaNa in Tamil.

The original raamaayaNa was authored by r^shi (Seer, Sage) vaalmiiki in sanskr^ta. The interesting thing about it is that raamayaNa unfolded AFTER it was written. The incidents that were to happen around the seventh avataara of vishNu were revealed to vaalmiiki before they even took place. Another way of looking at is that vishNu simply played out a role as raama as dictated in the raamaayaNa. The significant thing however is that the role itself was of an ideal human being. r^shi vaalmiiki was originally a robber who later turned into a r^shi of the highest stature. He is credited to be the first human to compose poetry and is given the title aadikavi. Valmiiki himself appears in the raamaayaNa. In the last part of raamaayaNa when siitaa is sent to the forest by raama, it is r^shi vaalmiiki's hermitage where siitaa takes refuge.

raamaayaNa stresses on bhakti yoga - the yoga of devotional love. raama represents the ideal man and siitaaraani the ideal woman. hanumaan is an epitome of a bhakta (devotee) with daasya bhaava (accepting God as the supreme master). Since raamaayaNa is about events in tretaa yuga, when the society was still mature, it represents the best of relationships among humans. Even the raakshasas (roughly translated as demons, but a better translation would be misguided or ignorant beings) of lankaa followed a strict code of conduct. Thus in the raamaayaNa we can find the ideal relationship between father and son in dasharatha & raama as well as in raavaNa and meghanaatha. The ideal couple is represented by raama & siitaa and raavaNa and mandodari. raama and lakshamaNa are the best of brothers and so are bharata and shatrughna. hanumaana and vibhiishaNa are the ideal devotees.

There are some interesting differences between raama and krishNa although both are avataars of vishNu. raama was born and died as a prince and king but lived as an ascetic, krishNa on the other hand was born in a prison and died due to a would caused by a hunters arrow, but He lived as a king all his life. raama exemplifies the ideal human and is most loving and gentle. krishNa on the other hand has the most fun and lovable personality. In the form of raama, vishNu simply plays a part or role already assigned to Him by vaalmiiki whereas as krishNa he reveals that he is God incarnate.

raamayaNa is a religious, spiritual and historical manual. The tulasii raamaayaNa is one of the most popular scriptures authored during the bhakti era in medieval India.

It is not myth. It is history, meaning, factual happening narrated.

The vaalmiiki raamaayaNa has the following kaanDas (chapters).

1. baala 2. ayodhyaa 3. araNya 4. kishkindhaa 5. sundara 6. yuddha 7. uttara

Saint Tukaram's - Indelible impression on TIME

amrutvani

Saint Tukaram (contemporary of the dynamic Saint Ramdas) would be considered the most recent saints (about 400 years ago) when compared to Saint Namdeo (800 years ago).

Saint Tukaram left his mark on TIME itself and swayed masses with his mellifluous renderings in praise of Lord Vithal of Pandharpur (Maharashtra, India).

[Perhaps Moses had a similar impact on the masses.]

The bhajans, abhangs, kirtans

The bhajans, abhangs, kirtans are forms of devotional songs, through which stories of the Lord are sung, rendered with dance and music in enchanting rhythm that is endearing and is remembered even now. These folk tunes powerfully inspire human beings to tread on the path that leads to the Lord. The devotional songs praise the Lord whom the saint himself has actualized in the bosom and experienced first hand as being present everywhere in every being, in every thing as the timeless Universal Divinity.

The valiant miliatary tactician King Shivaji, the ruler then, humbly and reverently approached Saint Tukaram and offered valuables as Guru dakshina, an offering a disciple is obliged to give voluntarily in token of the learning he gets from Guru, the Spiritual Master. Despite being in dire poverty Saint Tukaram declined to take the riches from the King. When asked, he indicated to King Shivaji, that Saint Ramdas was the perfect Guru for him and not himself.

The story of Saint Ramdas and Shivaji is amongst the repertoire of inspiring historical facts that surpass any bestseller fiction written to date.

Come back at amrutvani.blogspot.com and remind us to give you a glimpse of that too.

Saint's Day - like Mother's Day

Supernatural Power!
What extraordinary power Christ must have wielded? A benign tornado of super power, which ravages of time, has not been able to destroy. The simple, uncomplicated proof of that power is the jubilant celebration of Christmas, which people of tenth generation of our forefather, those before and those after, all have been celebrating. The miser as well as the rich, the ignorant as well as the erudite, everyone celebrates Christmas merrily, out of choice. Christmas has survived the rules of mightiest of the Kings through ages. On Christmas the Lord and his teachings are remembered.

'Holy' days there
Did Christ require any marketing or advertising agency for mass communication?
'Holy' days of Christmas are stamped for ever by Christ.

'Holy' days here
[Ashadi Ekadashi the ceremony in India
What When Where Why]
On the 'holy' days [In the year 2007, from 26 to 29 July, 2007] of Ashadhi Ekadashi you see the power of Saints in a spectacular ceremony in India.

You witness an ocean of people at Pandharpur, the abode of Lord Vithal. It is a unique spectacle to behold, as devotees dissolve in the mammoth procession, which like rivers, flow from different parts to reach Pandharpur. The devotees dance merrily, chant Lord's name, and sing aloud devotional melodies (bhajan, abhang) as they walk on foot all the way, even today.

Devotees carry the image of the Saint enthroned in a palanquin as though the Saint himself is leading and taking them to meet the Lord who is at Pandharpur. From Alandi, Saint Dnyaneshwar travels along with devotees. Saint Dynaneshwar's two brothers Saint Nivrutti and Saint Sopan and one sister Saint Muktabai come from Trayambakeshwar, Sasvad and Edlabad respectively. Saint Tukaram and his devotees come from Dehu. Saint Namdev and Saint Eknath are among the other saints who propagated and kept alive this devout tradition.

The procession begins [In 2007 on 26th July, 2007] on the eleventh day, called ekadashi (literally, one plus ten, origin: Sanskrit), of the bright moon in the month of Ashad, (usually in the month of June or July) every year and ends [In 2007 on 29 July, 2007 2007] on the full moon day, poornima, (literally = full moon, origin: Sanskrit). The day it begins is called Ashadi Ekadashi a day when people fast. The day on which the procession ends is called Guru Poornima. It is a full moon day every year. 'Guru' is Spiritual Master, who enables the communion of the disciple and the God. [Guru from original Sanskrit: removes darkness (of ignorance).] On Guru Poornima, the Guru, the Spiritual Master is remembered and worshiped with piety for he is the one who ushers in transcendental bliss, thus ending all suffering for all times for the devotee.

Such is the breathtaking ceremony of Ashadi Ekadashi, celebrated by Asian Indians throughout the centuries.

Saint Namdev Says

amrutvani

The following is evocative, poetic masterpiece of Saint Namdev.

It is picked up from the compilation of
the compositions of Saint Namdev,
the 'Namdev Gatha' 763/2012.

Here, Saint Namdev with the clear vision of the 'Divine'
as well as the means of attaining that 'Divine',
directly addresses, not any person, but the 'Mind' itself.

Saints of all religions, at all times, have emphasized
the importance of chanting, using rosary, or constant remembrance of the Lord.

Here Saint Namdev reveals the 'Art of Attuning'
with the Supreme.

Mind when single pointedly enters through the door called 'Lord'
finds itself in the Kingdom of Bliss.
Mind when wholly revels in the 'world' of objects, emotions and thoughts
is doomed to dreary lifelong toil that can never eke out lasting happiness.

The world all the time keeps on giving the illusion
that one day you will get all-fulfilling joy.
It promises joy in the future, thus keeping you future tense, present tense, past tense and always tense.

"If I do just this much more, I will get. Get what? I will reach. Reach where?"
Like a pig you keep plodding life long in the mud of worldly wails and sorrows, hoping for something cleaner, refined, wholesome and better.
You labor all your life. Does the mind ever get satiated?

This mind becomes incapable of soaring to the height and peak of evolution.
An eaglet, like a chick, keeps pecking on the ground scratching and searching the dust on the ground, not knowing that it has wings so strong that can take it majestically high above the clouds reveling in the world of unbroken peace and bliss.

Saint Namdev here not only tells the 'how' but
also discloses the 'result' of dwelling constantly in the remembrance
of the Lord.

Mind is the vehicle that takes you to the Lord,
Mind is the ass that keeps you plodding
bound in the tribulations of the world.
Mind takes the beating, toils day and night.
On getting intermittently morsel of dry grass to chew on, the ass
keeps dreaming that one day, with more effort and some more effort
it will get plenty, so much that it will be free from
back breaking labor, all toil and tribulation. Isn't it true?

Now over to Saint Namdev:

Oh Mind, you hold on to the faith of this chanting of the name

Hold on recognizing in unbroken chant of the name of Ram.

Chant so ceaselessly that isn't broken

Through Nights and Days Oh Mind, be awake.

Nama says, Mind, attains the form of Ram

Unbroken chant, That I am, That I am.

|| Layman's Philosophy ||

Hari Om

There is universal belief that one should not inflict pain to others.

One strives so that others be happy.

This is WRONG.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------

What is that secret of RIGHT action, which the saints said in lay man's language?

BE ATTENTIVE while reading the few lines below.

Saints say

It is not important whether your actions give joy/sorrow to others.

It is important that your actions be 'appropriate'.

Irrespective of whether the result of your action is pleasure or pain,

the KEY principle is that the action has to be 'appropriate'.

Easy Example:

Toddler needs to take an injection that is painful.

The mother proceeds to give the child the necessary injection, though it is painful to the child [and the mother to watch].

This is 'appropriate' action.

Mystic-Songs-Of-Kabir

amrut is immortal, vani is speech

amrutvani

In case you do not know,
amrut, is immortal,

and
vani is speech.
The idea is to benefit from what the masters have said.

The spiritual masters are the only people who had no business with you. They never wanted anything from you.

Why did Saint Namdev not want anything from you?
A realized person is full of bliss and is complete.

If s/he speaks, it is out of mercy/kindness for those who are still struggling for the pot of
'HAPPINESS'.

They have it; they give it.

That is a saint.
Jesus is one name that can be understood by the Western people. [Unfortunately Jesus was misunderstood then and crucified, he is misunderstood now and institutionalized.]

Spirituality is not an Organization or Institution. It is an individual's quest to seek that, which is so fulfilling that you want nothing more, thereafter. Spirituality is not social work either. [A widely prevalent myth.]

Look at it this way. Every one of us does action prompted by some 'desire'. Is it not correct?
The bottom line of all desires is by getting 'this' I shall be happy.

Does anybody desire 'unhappiness'?

If the quest is happiness, I start looking around to see if there are people who have that happiness.

Be honest and tell me how many completely happy people have you found.

I have found everyone wearing mask, including me. We smile and say, "I am fine." I believe that the person who says so is using the word fine in the sense 'taxed'.

I look at tycoons, then at those who are top in politics and power or in their fields of occupation. The more closely I watch I find that for that person the quest has not ended.

That means, even after getting there, always, always, something else, and something more is desired.

Saints, dressed in tattered clothes, proclaim at the top of their voice that they have found the fountain of happiness, in front of which all the objects, things, known, and unknown of the world pale into insignificance.

The master roars and says the spring of happiness is in your bosom. Do not search outside.

Life is short. I am intelligent enough to know what I want, and who can show me the way.

I have to therefore, hasten towards the goal, which is sought by everyone, 'bliss'.

I CHOOSE to follow in the footsteps of the spiritual masters.

India is a land blessed by many such supermen. Let me just recall their names.

They are Saints:
Namdeo
Dynaneshwar
Sopan
Muktabai (female)
Janabai (female)
Kabir
Gurunanak
Eknath
Tukaram
Ramdas

There are others too.
Some names I have dropped purposely, hoping that
some one will jump and say, "Hey, you did not mention _ _ _ ."

Let us make problems into teachers

amrutvani

Value your thoughts. Use them as carefully as you use your money.

You gain nothing by letting thoughts dwell too much on others.

Going into silence enables you to manage your thoughts better.

Actions are destiny's pen. The line of action drawn today become tomorrows destiny.
So be sure your pen is drawing a work of art.

Find at least one good quality no matter how many defects are visible to you.

Smile can help achieve in a second what would otherwise take a great deal of time.

Pause for a moment.

Silence will bring the steadiness you need for any task.

Take charge of yourself. Accept yourself exactly as you are with your strengths and limitations.

Be your best friend.

Respect yourself. [Before expecting others to respect you.]

Kiss the dawn of well being.
